This integration automatically pulls a dealer’s aged retail inventory from Cars into their DealerClub account, making it easy to identify stale retail units and list them for wholesale.
Who can see the inventory feed?
Only dealers who are connected to both Cars and DealerClub will see their retail inventory appear in the “Inventory Feed” tab inside the Command Center.
Where do I access the feed?
Go to the Command Center in DealerClub and click on “Inventory Feed.” Your eligible Cars listings will appear there, sorted by vehicle age.
What information is pulled in?
VIN, year, make, model, trim, days on market, and photos.
Can I edit the vehicle once it’s imported?
Yes. After you import a vehicle, you can review and edit the condition report, set your reserve, and make any necessary updates before launching the auction.
Will the vehicle automatically be listed on DealerClub?
No. Importing a vehicle simply pulls it into your inventory. You’ll still review and finalize the listing before it goes live.
